The Product Showcase is a dedicated space where educators can explore new tools, resources, and products that support teaching and learning. Attendees can see the latest instructional materials, technology, curricula, and student‑support solutions—all in one convenient location.

Booth Assignments

  • Spaces are assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis with Bronze through Gold registrations.
  • Diamond registration allows you to select your booth location.
  • Booths are not confirmed until payment is received.

A week before the conference, you will receive an email with:

  • Your booth assignment
  • Conference agenda
  • Exhibit hall floor plans
  • Facility maps

We’re committed to creating a great experience. Coffee and water will be available all day, and lunch will be provided on July 28. The floor plan has also been improved for smoother traffic flow.

Online registration closes July 8, 2026.

Tentative Exhibit Show Schedule

Exhibit Set-up

  • Monday, July 27: 1–6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 28: 7–10 a.m.

Exhibit Open

  • Tuesday, July 28: 10:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Display Removal

  • Tuesday, July 28: 5–7 p.m.

Exhibit Options

Bronze – $600

  • 10' x 10' booth with 8' back drape and 3' side rails
  • 8' draped table
  • Company/organization sign
  • 2 chairs
  • Morning/afternoon refreshments + lunch for two on July 28
  • Sched program listing

Silver – $1,000

Includes all Bronze items, plus:

  • Ad in the conference Welcome Presentation
  • Featured Exhibitor placement on Sched

Gold – $1,500

Includes all Silver items, plus:

  • Gold backdrop
  • Table tents on opening-session tables
  • Sponsorship of break refreshments
  • Advertisement poster placed in session hallways (exhibitor provides poster and tripod)

Diamond – $2,000

Includes all Gold items, plus:

  • One additional booth
  • White backdrop
  • Choose your own booth location
  • Lunch sponsorship
  • Table tents on registration tables
  • 3-minute speaking opportunity at opening session

Extra person: $100 per person (beyond included two)
Extra booth: $300 (limit one additional per company)

Conference Sponsor: $500
For supporters not attending in person. Includes:

  • Company name on lunch table tents
  • Ad in Welcome Presentation
  • Table tents at registration
  • Distribution of branded items at registration (Items must arrive by July 8. Ship to:)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations after July 8, 2026: No refund; unpaid fees still billed.
  • No‑shows: No refund.
  • If KSDE cancels the conference, notice will be sent at least 2 weeks prior, and a full refund will be issued.*

*A W‑9 is required if the recipient is not in the State Accounting System.
